Do you sometimes feel like becoming a part of some cool conversation that your friends are having? but you totally feel left out and inferior just because you don't know much about the topic. Don't lie! Everyone has felt this inferiority complex at some point in their lives, and believe me this is more common than you think. It has become a modern-day problem because the condescending people tend to make you feel insignificant and ignorant, that you start having second thoughts about yourself. The inferiority complex is the main cause of being anxious and having low self-esteem.
When everyone is talking about Bayern Munich and Liverpool game and you are thinking why they are not discussing yesterday's Bangladesh vs India test match. When everyone is discussing about Black mirror and Bojack horseman and you are waiting for your friends to arrive to discuss Friends. When everyone is listening to Pink Floyd and AC/DC and you have made your whole life trying pronouncing Enrique Iglesias correctly. When everyone is using "ism" terms like fascism, communalism, capitalism, liberalism, racism, feminism, sexism and you are like fuck all shit. Mudi Ji is best.
If you have ever been in the above situation, don't worry you are not alone. These are some modern factors that may instigate the feeling of being insecure and which in turn can make you feel inferior. But TBH, it's ok to not get most of the things, it's ok if you haven't inculcated some cool hobbies and it's totally fine if you use Redmi phones because no matter what you do, people will never stop judging you and the best thing you could do is to stand for yourself. Having confidence in the things you do and not bothering about the judgments could be a small key factor of your happiness. And no matter how many TV series you have watched there would be one fucker asking in his squeaky voice "have you watched anime?". It's a never-ending list, so stop bothering yourself.
Although there is a very fine line between becoming cool and pretending to be one. People are reading Arundhati Roy, Khaled Hosseini, and some still think that criticizing Chetan Bhagat is cool. Sometimes people do want to sound edgy but eventually turned out to be an ignorant dumbfuck. Please, don't be that pretentious asshole in your group because trust me people hate those bastards.
So smile and be happy because that's what is more important but the least you could do is change your Redmi phone.
